What tourist is going to pay for a holiday to Australia to sit in a hotel room by themselves for two weeks quarantine? The hotel room would have to have the world's finest mini bar, that would be their only hope to attract anyone! Maybe a wide screen tele, showing Australian highlights. We normally get millions of international tourists per year. And now - zero! I can't get my head around it.
