Sorry to burst your bubble, buddy, but that is NOT a bait and switch. The switch happened too early here, before you even booked. That means you were never conned into losing anything apart from having your expectations disappointed, which can happen under any normal circumstances (girl fully booked, volcanic eruption, etc).
