Can I subscribe to Private AR section?

Didn't know there was a private AR section. What makes an AR be in the private section rather than the public? More details?

Usually ARs of R&T shops go in the private section since what goes on in most R&T shops technically shouldn't be going on.
It's kind of pointless really since anyone can notch up 50 posts and access it, but yeah I guess it provides a bit of a barrier. The theory is that someone who has notched up 50 posts is probably a bona fide punter and not a journalist, politician, councillor, sticky nose, etc
