When they mixed the 10 samples together, they will all be inter transmitted (meaning 1 positive sample will basically infected all the rest instantly!) so if any one of the 10 samples is positive, the whole batch will be positive !

Unless they are ALL negative, then they move on ! Still, this process is 10 times faster than testing individually .
