If I see a WL at her apartment and pay the same rate as I pay at her shop (even for free on occasions, or if I visited late she would ask to me to spend the night at her place ), I would imagine many people considered it to be a lot better than the opposite ie. paying a WL a higher rate at private settings then finding out that she is available for lower rate at shops.
