I’ve met quite a few women who in some pics /light you can think beautiful woman, at same time thinking their facial features slightly altered - taking on more ‘masculine attributes’ . Whatever they can be

Couple of Thai friends who are very biologically women , and very attractive have this happen , more apparent when having too much make up .

Personally seems an attractive woman and has someone taking decent pics and good taste in lingerie. if Ariana is post op, then she’s an attractive woman.
