You raise a good point. If I owned a successful RnT shop, I’d have so much tax free money that I’d rent a room at the Hilton and dial in hotties from the escort sites. No one would find out! All paid in cash.

On another note, I’ve seen Chinese chefs and the whole kitchen crew going to eat at another restaurant at the end of their shift at 2.00am. It might be sister restaurant or they might just want to escape somewhere else for supper .

Restaurant industry is different than the sex industry. Restaurant staffs can eat at other restaurants without getting into trouble, because they can’t steal recipes ! But sex shop owner can’t punt at other shops without being suspected of poaching…
