Correct, girls can't win with that logic, don't be cold, but don't be nice, don't make a customer feel like the service is mechanical, but don't make them feel special... Give the exact same service across the board so guys have no reason to pick you over other girls so you can earn more money. In 5 minutes every punter would be complaining about vanilla service and no variety.
