I must say all the mamasans from my favourite shops do a pretty good job in booking controls, but none of them were perfect, SL, SF, Stanmore, 501, 288, 5 Star had all stuffed up my booking one time or another, but I must say all of them had redeemed themselves very quickly, all had apologised, some had offered discount as gestures which was appreciated but not necessary. I do have a three strike policy, but only 501 and SL had two, the others are still on first offense!!

It will be very interesting if Vicky would one day stuff me up the third times, I don't think I could ban her !! I guess based on the huge number of visits, the success rate is still extremely high, or should I say the failing percentage is very low.

At the end of the day, it all comes down to the way the shop handles the complain, if I post the bad news here, i am not trying to attack or bad mouth any shop, just to make them aware what's going on and give them a chance to response and improve, if they do, all good and sweet, if they ignore it or make no effort to improve, then they will be losing too many customers and eventually out of business,
