Ok, so I wrote a fairly lengthy AR on a shop all of us punters have loved to hate in the past. To top it off, it's on a Cauc shop. It copped a little flack in the Private section. I'm going to copy it across to the public section to see what type of response and views it gets.
This is test as my last 4 posts have been deleted so if this stays up more than a day then maybe ill be bothered to redo posts. What's going on - anyone else seeing their posts deleted? I assure you mine did not break any forum rules just summed up with a bit of humour the views of bros on this thread.

I had a post deleted, not in this thread though. It was a couple of weeks ago in a thread calling someone a troll. Made it look like the views of all posters in that thread were unanimous (apart from the alleged troll of course)- which wasn't the case.
Yeah, I've had some posts deleted. Some were my reports on Sally and Crystal from Styles. It was actually Styles admin accidentally deleting them so I stopped writing AR's on ther girls. Another time it was because I had put some info in there when I was pissed off.
Looks like another one has gone from this thread- I saw it in the 'new forum posts' on the front page but when I clicked on it, it wasn't there in the post list on the thread. I guess its a reminder that an internet forum is not a democracy

Rooter and cunninglinguist, the posts you have made in this thread about marketing, and punter and shop motivations, have been professionally insightful, and, incidentally, true. Great stuff. Ahlungor's and Wilsno's posts on the subject show their sheer experience both with this forum and with the industry itself. (They are both closing in on 10,000 posts after all.)
Yamada makes me laugh, as I've said a few times already. I like a shop manager that posts editorial content too. And I like interpreting his Japlish!

Ah well seems a few of us have had texts deleted for harmless enough contributions - no biggie I guess just makes me a little less bothered to contribute as when I do I have to be careful not to offend a host of interests. Sad really.
Anyway one thing I will say please fellow punters - don't encourage yamade to post more or we might as well all shut up shop if u know what I mean lol. Even if u find him funny.
It's not surprising given forum rule no 1. Rules 2 and 3 are enforced occasionally, perhaps with rule no 1 in mind
I guess everyone is entitled to his opinions, for a free for all forum, as long as the post is done in good language, with respect and not intended to offence or irritate I really think there should be No censorship!

We all use PC at work or at home, every morning when you open your Outlook inbox what do you get, lots of spams and a few genuine emails, you must have get used to them by now.
You won't complain any more about all the "bank " emails asking you to verify all your personal banking details, nor would you bother to opening anything from the "tax" department or the Nigerian Government or the CIA from Russia !
You don't like them but they keep coming, so you deal with them, same way we can all deal with whatever we don't want to read and reply to in this forum!
