Hi mate, as others have said, try to occupy your mind/time with other things. I think it would be good if you don't browse this forum for a while to snap out of your usual routine.

Get yourself a tropical fish tank. Every time I feel like going to a parlour I just give my fish tank a good clean which often takes up 2-3 hours.

It has saved me $500 a week.
