TBH, Wilson can "fix" the problem easily by using a cloud-based booking system, there are many options available out there these days. The customer can self-serve, find their own slot and book it. But that would take away some people's privileges, of course.
Self served ? This is exactly what a brothel can’t afford to happen. A vandal or a saboteur would fill up all the empty spots and create big problems. That’s why shops with enough manpower and record keeping can filter out whom they want first…

Of course, any smart operators would include those serial complainers for low priority categories. Imagine how a new girl will suffer with bad reviews on her first day.
