If that's the case then they should rest, take days off, work less hours etc.

I understand they want to maximise the amount of money they earn in the short period of time but the customers at the tail end of their shift or their time in Australia will suffer.

If you're after consistency then probably avoid these new influxes especially since they're still getting booked out lol. We really do love our Japanese girls don't we. Maybe we're all just masochists.
