I never had an issue with my foreskin before. Sometime during the teen years I was already able to pull it back. After a couple of years of being sexually active, it’s stretched out more and there were no discomfort at all.

Fast forward to earlier this year, sex pretty much non existent and I’m over 40 now. The tip of the foreskin has tighten up but I was still able to pull it back, with a little discomfort. Often, I had noticed the foreskin would tear or crack or at times be inflamed or swollen. Pulling it back without lube feels like the ring of fire and I resort to only doing it when soft. There’s no way I can pull it back when erected. When I do pull it back before, after going hard it’s like I have a really tight ring below the head. So much so that it’s painful to maintain an erection.

The foreskin still feel elastic but for some reason, the tip/opening has tighten. There’s no way my dick size has gotten bigger at this age.
