I'm nearly 40. Is it too late to start using phimocure? It's impossible for me to retract with erect and can only retract a little when soft.

Start stretching first. Look at peoples ears, lips on africans etc. With time you can make it work without medication.

Best decision I've ever made, though.

You removed most of your dicks nerve endings.

You also made your dick smaller/thinner by removing a huge hunk of skin.
