Thinking about it, you have to ask yourself a few things. Do you really want to be bumping into her after you've done the deed with her and whether it would be uncomfortable for you knowing that you did a WL in the same complex that you lived? She knows where you live and has your number. If she's not busy she might ask you around (of course for a fee and not freebie) when you don't want to see her again. It may get annoying.
