I wouldn't attribute it only to burn out, that implies they are overworked and some girls don't work everyday. It's more from the stress of servicing men, having to do BBBJ and CIM and dealing with pushy guys who have all kinds of fetishes, guys nagging for sex etc.

Have you seen Sydney cost of living? Many are students without skills, they pay international school fees and rent. Of course they should do their research before coming to study in Sydney, but doesn't change the fact that the job is stressful and they may not have many options here for income.
