If they know who you are at the shop or you have booked through Wechat with them before then I find they will tell you which girls will do part 3 if you simply ask them. If you ask specifically if a particular girl will do part 3 then they will usually reply with something like, "you can try", which to me is a yes because if a girl doesn't normally do part 3 then they will just say no.
