Nothing beats BBFS according to the little head. But normally I'd abstain from seeing another WL weeks after doing BBFS just so that my immune system has the time to kill off any potential bugs, so that I don't spread it around.

And if I do get horny during the recovery time I stick to massage with NHJ or CBJ, no DFK.
