I think it cums down to the working mentality and attitude, you don't have to do anymore than a nude HJ (no B2b, no BJ, no sex!) but you can still do an unbelievable job if you put your heart and soul into it. Coco, Lisa, Leng were the best of the best ! All have those magical hands - well I must admit, Lisa did do lot of B2B at SF but even without that, she is still pretty awesome.

And what about Yuki from 288 - not even naked and no touching, just clothed HJ and again, not many ML could have done it better.
