Don't worry big brother does not have a file on you. Know a few "managers" of shops over the years and most don't keep a spreadsheet. The sheer volume of calls & customers make it logistically impossible. I do find that some managers are good at faces and names esp if you have a distinguishing feature about yourself they will remember, sometimes good, sometimes bad. I do know of one long term manager who did keep a journal of regulars with phone nos & details. She runs a very good shop, the trouble is back some time ago a couple of her trusted workers took all the contact details and ran away to open their own business. That didn't make her feel good.

Must say since the start of 2023 I haven't had one punt I would rate above a 6. As someone said its pathetic.
