Agree. A positive review is a plus, a negative review a minus (duh), but I'll adjust a bit as they're subjective. But when you encourage SHILLS to write flowery puff reviews, that's a negative times two. And when they're STUPID shills... a real put off.

I understand a new shop wanting to attract customers, but at least for me, these reviews are NOT an inducement to visit.
