You do book with text, don't you, so you can confirm the time of your booking with the manager when you arrive. Or you don't?
I have had shops ring me 30 minutes before the booking if there is an issue

If you have a text confirmation of your booking time and a shop f_cks around with your time, when you arrive, then manager needs to rectify the problem with a discount for your lost session time
