I've been morning when a shop first opens, I've been lunch time, I've been in the evening and I've been 1-2 hours before they close up shop.

Out of all, I found that there is always going to be someone there or a booking made and a girl is not available.

Obviously avoid peak hour at all costs, which seems to be around the 7pm-10pm.
