I have used seeking.com for almost 10 years. To add to your comments:

1. Many girls have been on the site for years and they keep deleting and setting up new profiles (but often use their old photos) because when the girls don't pay a fee their profile will show when they joined, so they know that men look to see how long she has been on the site and this tells men if she is a hooker who is simply in denial. These girls are selling sex but feel they have the power to choose which men to have sex with, which is true. It is the old game of "do not insult me, I am not a prostitute." And we men reply, "Of course not."

2. Of course every 'arrangement' has to start at least on PPM basis. Which crazy man out there will agree to pay a woman $5,000 or more a month (some girls ask for much more) without even finding out if they're sexually compatible or even like being together? So the line you take is "to start with, I am more comfortable giving you the allowance every time we meet. And if we like each other and become regular, I will be happy to provide the allowance on a fixed monthly basis."

3. Do not fall for the line, "In my previous arrangement, my SD (sugar daddy) gave me $1,200 (or any other amount) a week." This is a classic line they use to set up your expectations that you are cheap if you are only thinking of $500 PPM. These girls swap stories and strategies with each other on Reddit.com and other sites.

4. Unless you are not married/partnered, keep in mind that the PPM is not the only cost. You will have to pay for hotels or AirBnB each time, which is usually circa $150 to $220. Often, you will also pay for lunch or dinner or room service. So the real net cost to you will be more like $700++ to get laid for a few hours (assuming you pay the girl $500).

5. Very few girls see only one SD, even if they tell you so. They know how to keep secrets, and most of them fuck random guys their age free of charge during the weekends (and some have boyfriends). The fantasy of a rich businessman who owns yachts and jets, and married, and then has an exclusive mistress, is reserved for mega-wealthy guys. "Sugaring" as this is called is not anywhere like having a mistress. Some girls have this fantasy. They often look for Asian rich businessmen because these guys can afford that lifestyle.
