In my opinion, just because of business.

5 Star, everyday at least 5 girls available, most rooms with shower facility, most MLs are young, nearly everyone offers FS. The business is thriving, with particular MLs frequently fully booked well ahead of time.

Another PRC girl Em**y used to work in SSDS, now on 5 star's roster as well. Money talks.
