Yeah pretty much. They get "models" to pose with a piece of paper, then they just photoshop a name and date in for E&B's screening process. Sometimes if you look closely, you can see the signs of photoshop on the paper (look for weird pixelation or dark/light patches that don't make a lot of sense).
These days on E&B I ask for another photo with something specific like my name or today's date, something they would have to write down right there. Either that or I ask for a video call. If they won't do one of these, I don't bother anymore.
