It is worth the 5 years that you'll be constantly looking over your shoulder, mitigating risks of pregnancy and your assets, all that for under 10k a year.... 5 years is a big chunk of your quality life.

Even if 150k was offered, I personally wouldn't take it. I was offered 40k over 15 years ago by some Chinese lady I met over the internet that tried to seduce me. I didn't take it seriously and made a counter offer of 90k out of curiosity which she couldn't afford.
