Okay I just got confirmation from respect !!!

Here are the laws now for the next 12 months st least until confirmation of the building code.

The entrapment laws were taken away in September last year no undercover can come into shops etc.

There will be building code laws put in place but it will take 12 months to do that so in the meantime they have given us a grace period to not have to comply

But in 12 months it seems that you will have to get approval under council by laws to operate as a sec on premise commercial venue. So shops next to schools etc would not be permitted but in meantime for 12 months we have a period of grace.

All code of ethics must apply to all businesses in the meantime and any advertising must be under the Australian code of ethics.
