Im not going to judge you nor is it my place to do so. Ask yourself this question. If a friend were in a similar situation, what would your advice be? As for her job. You say she is always booked out and you are constantly checking the roster. This will only escalate.
Does she like you? Perhaps. But 3-4 messages a day, her job and having a boyfriend mean the odds are stacked against you. She will be seeing a fair few guys a day. She could form a connection with any of those guys as she has with you.
Do yourself a favour by taking a step back and think about what you are potentially getting yourself into. You are going to drive yourself crazy, otherwise.
