Personally it depends on the rest of the girl’s body. If she is a little plumper, small A or B cups don’t look attractive. On the flip, if the girl is quite skinny, a huge pair or not all that attractive either. This is all subjective of course and a matter of preference.
I prefer slim with a nice pair of B to C cups.
Never gone "wild" for any type of tits big or small (I go for legs and ass!), but I do have my limits. B - C cups are perfect, A cups are a risky proposition cos she could be completely flat chested. That's a huge turn off.
