If the girl is doing it to avoid creepy customer or for privacy reasons, pretty sure there's other measures beyond just moving to another shop and changing name. If it's really a concern, they could just go work in another city. Most of them come and go anyway. Nothing tying them here. Of course there are exceptions but I'd say very few
