My experience NHJ is part of FS so it's just $150 no extra $50.

Part 2: +$50 NHJ
Part 2.1 +$50 other sexual activities short of penetration, e.g. B2B, oral (probably CBJ but could be BBBJ), Spanish, etc.
Part 3 +$50 FS
Total: $150 SERVICE FEES. There's no "skipping" needed, up to you and the ML as to the speed of the progression. Maybe a little "handsy", followed by some "oral", followed by some "pelvic thrusters" if you've paid "in full".
Each stage is "additive", and includes the lower numbered stages, e.g. $100 should get you a NHJ + oral, but not FS (OK, with some ladies, it will allow you "access" to check her oil with your dipstick).
Grand total, bottom line: $70 to $90 + (SERVICE FEES noted above) = in most cases, $220 to $240/hour for FS
$100 for FS with an ML is my absolute ceiling for me.

If I want to negotiate FS it will likely be $150 (on top of the base massage fee) and that also incorporates NHJ + oral, but how that NHJ/oral/FS roles out is up to punter/ML.
If ML rules FS out, a NHJ will be $50 and oral an extra $50 = $100.

Therefore, almost never I go to shops that have inclusive rates, you know this 100-120-140, complicated staff is happening with this kind of set up most of the times.

Generally speaking, you got it. I've had some offer FS for $100, others have asked me for a bid, others have said "Up to you". For the latter, BEFORE starting, I make a bid, maybe $120-$130. I NEVER leave the "up to you" open-ended. Too prone to bad feelings, especially as I'm prone to regulars. Likewise, the first price you pay will be the price you pay on subsequent visits. If it was good enough once (for both parties), then it should be good enough again. I refer to these as SERVICE FEES. I don't tip. My tip is repeat business. Tipping tends to lead to misunderstandings - why did you pay her xxx total last time, now only xxn this time (where n<x).
Myself, as I've mentioned before, I don't really negotiate. If she's below my ceilings ($100 for everything EXCLUDING FS, $150 FS which includes the NHJ and other stimulations), I don't try to negotiate her down. If she's OTT, I just POLITELY decline. Given that she makes her coin on the extras, IME, she'll make a counteroffer, or suggest a step down in class. If we can agree, fine. If not, then it'll be a long massage, but I can't remember that ever happening.
Don't assume the oral will be BB, C is frequent. If it's important, especially if the final destination, ask first. Don't expect CIM, ask.
All the above is very dependent on your targets' demographics. Given mine are "older", increases my chance at success. She appreciates the business, I appreciate the expertise. I've been around long enough I'm not really looking for a string of new notches on my belt - hell, it has enough trouble holding up my pants in the first place.
Bottom line: just understand YMMV. In a brothel, she doesn't "really" have a choice, it will be FS. It RnT, up to her.
