If Customer is a walk-in would absolutely agree. But OP made a booking.

Whilst the girl is an independent service provider, she must also adhere to Shop regulations who are the ones diarising her day. If the shop is too scared to enforce that, look for another.

At any prate though Bravo is right you've saved yourself a dud punt most likely, and avoiding the shop is all you need to do.
