Below is not speaking for myself. It is bit harsh but this is reality in life.
That is just 80/20 rules which most consumers ' behavior like:
Most consumers have the full right to access the product and service once they have purchased and paid for.
There is no tolerance about you are a "L" or "P" plate for lower performance as price is paid in full.
Most working environment nowadays is employ people to contribute, not to learn.
Of course, massage shops can be different as most customers also wants new faces, young ML, great services, This can be totally understandable.
However , If you are not performing up to standard, there is always a "next" candidate.
I guess this is what brother "x11" is talking about.
He is not asking for refund, just want to share some experience, fine with me.
I still believe Snow Lotus and their management is one of the best shop to maintain high level of service compare with other shops.
Just keep that up!
