Pam at 932 Stanley st was a wonderful Pimp. Had a training regime which ensured dud girls did not see a customer
Some girls, like Mulan/Lotus came in knowing nothing. She took 2 full weeks of intensive training.
These werent horny guys looking for action. These were guys who understood what they had to do.
Pam was in the room during training sessions. Knocking out bad habits, teaching new skills and learning the art of pleasing men.
The guy was just a dick who did what he was told to ensure the girl was ready to see paying customers.
Some girls required no training. Like Red. She applied for a job not having a clue what was involved outside massage. Quite late in her “youth”.

932 Stanley St was the best shop in the business by far. Customers came in and picked their girl of choice.
All girls were seated in the public area and were there to serve. No prima donnas or unsatisfied customers were allowed.

The star was Pepsi who became Ocean and then Nadiya.
She was young, sexy and absolutely fearless. She loved to swallow.
If a drunk or drug affected customer came in. Or they were violent. She took them in to protect the others

Pam preferred Korean girls to train, but notable exceptions abounded. Corona from Poland, Lotus from Bhutan, Manila from the Phillipines and Vanilla wherever she was from.
The rest almost exclusively were Korean. All girls were smart with a couple of exceptions

Many of Brisbanes best in the mid to late 10s originated from that set up.
Very few are left.

Cream/California is one. Now known as Glow at 5 Star.
Those that know her…she is exsquisite. So fucking beautiful. And such a glorious personality.

If you see her for the first time now you arent getting the lady that entered the industry. Shes battle hardened and seen it all. But she is very professional.

Mulan was an unusual looking lady. Beautiful is not the first word to spring to mind. But her service was unparalleled. She had customers that saw her multiple times a week. Her beauty came through once you got to know her. Another one who was fearless and had a very high return rate of customers.

Red came into this industry very late. But she was thin and attractive. And a natural. Her age was not a liability.

Vanilla was an absolute sweetheart who like Mulan was fearless and had a high return rate. Very easy to fall in love with.

Corona was a gorgeous polish girl who operated at the same level as the others

Bell/Cherry and Joy were younger and in Bells case so pretty. But their service levels werent up to the stars. Few could be.

Once Pam attracted the attention of police thanks to fraternising with Bikie gangs and worse, corrupt politicians (Namely Pisasale) she was shut down and lucky to avoid jail

A shadow operation was attempted at 100 Annerley Rd, with name changes and new “ownership”, but was also shut down when it became too obvious.

Red agreed to take it over and the operation moved to become Take 5 at its current location. Red was not Pam. She tried hard, but couldnt hire well. She could never trust new girls. Ruby and Tulip, the only ones still there, were leftovers from another shop that failed. Starting with Pepsi/Ocean, one by one the girls couldnt handle new managements style and left.

A few were very popular at other shops. I only know of 3 who are still working. Glow is one of them.
I know another one, but not her new shop name. The other is a very successful boss.

Thanks Scotty! 👍
That was exceptionally detailed historical overview!

This Pam sounds like an incredible HR trainer for the industry! Her problem seems to be due to the previous sex laws where she was operating in the dark….

I wonder if this Pam will come back now since Queensland now decriminalized sex work, they can now operate in open without getting harassed or shutdown by the police. Pam seems to have a winning formula all she has to do is to train new crops of new recruits and it will be a money printing machine….

I think I have seen a lot of setups. Last one I was really happy with was “Happy Soothing Massage“ at Stones Corner. And that setup was at a very rundown house, and the room had mattress on the floor! But the MLs were all great, some of the best I had. Their massage were also top notch being properly trained Thai masseuses. Unfortunately that shop was closed a month before decriminalization took effect.

I don’t think it takes that much to start up a shop if you got the right training regime and the right people. “The formula” is pretty simple and they are being replicated hundreds if not thousands of times down south at Sydney and Melbourne. They got hundreds if not thousands good shop down there. Brisbane seriously needs to catchup to the southern states…. We can only count good shops or MLs with ONE HAND….thats just sad.
