Agreed, I only got cancelled once as they told me the girl's pussy was hurt and had to go home - they messaged me 2 hours before the booking which was enough. A while ago I saw the same girl in Ginza and after she moved to n5m, but I had to wait 30 min in Ginza (past booking time) whereas I didn't in n5m. I think both shops are just as good and easy to make bookings/communicate in my experience.

OP said his bookings were at least 50% times messed/cancelled in other threads - I feel like what the other guy said above is probably happening to OP (some girls banned him but reception forgot till he got there/he was unlucky and girls wanted to cancel and go home JUST before his booking) as that seems way too frequent.

No offense but calling them unethical seems a bit too far, as it seems like other punters aren't having too much issues. I guess any shops can make mistakes..

The new receptions does seem in a bit of rush at times when it gets really busy there (sometimes all rooms are full and have to wait a bit) but they're quite accomodating, especially the young Japanese lady.
