OP said his bookings were at least 50% times messed/cancelled in other threads - I feel like what the other guy said above is probably happening to OP (some girls banned him but reception forgot till he got there/he was unlucky and girls wanted to cancel and go home JUST before his booking) as that seems way too frequent.

No offense but calling them unethical seems a bit too far, as it seems like other punters aren't having too much issues. I guess any shops can make mistakes..

The new receptions does seem in a bit of rush at times when it gets really busy there (sometimes all rooms are full and have to wait a bit) but they're quite accomodating, especially the young Japanese lady.
Funnily enough, this is the same bullshit text message No5 gave me for some of their cancellations. "Girls pussy was hurt" and had to go home. The only difference between you and me, is that I actually ended up going there after their "cancellation message". I did a line up. And that's how I saw that the girl who they said had to "cancel" because of a sore pussy, was actually there still working when I saw her in the corridors

This is how I caught out No5 management with their unethical behaviour, dishonest excuses and bullshitting us customers....

And by the way, this is not the first time I caught out No5 doing this. Happened few times already



Who knows how many other countless customers they do this too. So whenever No5 cancels your bookings, always keep this in mind. They are not always honest about it...
