Play it safe. Don’t take the risk that who knows one day things will comeback to you in horror way. You have to remember she has kids and looking for someone serious, by your relationship it seems she is trying to build that trust in you. I know it sounds fun and fantasy but the reality is too dangerous she may anything to get you.
