Maybe girl had rough customer before you and not in mood
maybe girl got pounded hard and is sore and wants a break.

What do you think would happen if management forces a girl to see a customer? or penalize them with a fine of say 50-100 when they cancel a customer booking?
They just go different shop.

You think some super popular girl who knows her worth would put up with that shit? or just move shops?
Believe me Shops care more about girls then their punters.

If a girl refuses to see a punter (because he's the type girls don't want to see). and they get pissed off and never come. probably better off. If shop weeds down these punters and retain good clean nice punters. girls happy. girls like work, better girls in future. punters happy. better girls WIN WIN.

That being said. Some of these girls don't have the best work ethics either.
I've whiteness a girl who had 3 bookings later at night
But dead quite for first 4 hours of the day. 0 customers pick her. And she got her stuff to leave.
Management begged her to stay. So sometimes Management fight for punters also.

Girls don't get a full load out of your profile the moment you book. You are a a faceless anonymous until they see you ring the bell.

Then depending on your looks, style, race. They may decline. They have a right to. You CAN'T force them to see you.
I agree with you mate.
One thing when I say with no reason I was wrong to say if I mean with no reasonable reason.
Yes they cant force any girl to the work if she not in the mood or very tired.
The past week I visit shop i see in there roster they have new girl and I give it a try.
She was good .... after we finished she told me that sometimes iam to exhausted I can't welcome any customer even if they are nice for the rest of the day.
So yes you are right.
But remember if this go out of control the shop gonna lost money.
