If you are going to go bareback and take the risks, then try to stack the deck in your favour.
Google Doxy-Prep and forget about all the gay sex it talks about in its trials and testing.
Just concentrate on it's value in reducing STI outcomes.
Basically, you take 2 x 100mg of Doxycycline antibiotic within 72 hours of the bareback session to significantly reduce your chance of an STI taking hold. With the STI's it works for being gonorrhea and chlamydia plus many UTI's. It is readily available on prescription from chemists for a range of things, including acne (google to see other things it treats), so doctors have little to no concern prescribing it. Or you can get on any of the online pharmacies, and a few of the online men's sexual health sites (which is where I get mine, or over the counter when in Thailand). Customs from my personal experience seem to have little to no concerns about it coming in, despite it being a prescription antibiotic.

Always CFS however i do have bbbj with a regular. Despite that i went for a test and even though everything was okay, a quick test mention blood in urine but turns out to be UTI.

I can't speak to symptoms, but incubation periods (how long you have to wait before it's possible to detect the STI) are as follows:
1. Gonorrhea and Chlamydia - 2 weeks
2. HIV - 1-3 months (it can be detected as early as 1 month, but may take up to 3 months to be detected)
Not speaking with any medical knowledge here, but lowkey it sounds like this is how we get antibiotic-resistant Gonorrhea and Chlamydia which is a growing concern......

Some STDs don’t show up for 2 weeks or much longer. You could catch AIDS and not know for a very long time. For God’s sake and ours too, ask your doctor or Google basic information on STDs.
