Take 5, getting back to its former glory

I had a similar experience with Honey late last year. Made the booking, was then messaged shortly before the booking that she was running 15 min late. When I arrived at the new time, no one answered, after waiting a few minutes, Honey comes to the door wrapped in a towel and said she needed another 15 min. I told her to cancel the booking and left.

Firstly, I never come out with wrapped towel and greeting a customer.
Secondly, I didn’t work at Take 5 last year.

If the time is wasted by me, I don’t include it this in a massage time. If the time wasted by you, it’s included in a massage time.
