Negotiate when you are in the room. Just ask the girl up front whats on offer ands agree to a service and price.
You'll be hard pressed to find a shop that will discuss these things over the phone given they don't have a licence to be a brothel, just a massage shop and you could be anybody on the other end of the line, including the authorities.
To add to PortPunter's response it is worth also knowing that not all ML's will do FS so you may find that YMMV applies, so dropping hints may be worthwhile. Do know though, that an ML may not provide FS on first visit but services may increase/improve on subsequent visits as familiarity occurs.
Your default thinking should be that it is a massage shop, but when you are in the room, you can subtly request if there are any extras available. They would quickly tell you what’s on offer. In fact, depending on dressing style of ladies, you would be able to easily read between the lines if it is a genuine massage shop or the one with extras lol. You would be able to easily read the vibe as soon as you enter the shop. Happy punting.

Don't let the clothes fool you. i've had them come out in track pants, a dress and an old jacket on and they were naked 5 minutes after they got the money in their hand. As soon as you walk into the little room, ask them. It makes it easier to walk out if you are still wearing clothes.

Went to my first punting local today, Lily's Adamstown. I've actually always thought they have some of the better looking ladies, Lily runs a tight ship, and made sure I got my full massage time today.
