When will the rates revert?
I'm sure her regulars were told that because she is working out of an apartment - this came with a premium hence the rate hike.
She is no longer working out of the apartment and back in the shop - should the rate not revert back to shop rates as opposed to apartment rates?
Mind you, she hasn't worked out of the apartment since before Christmas if my memory serves me correct.

She will work nearby our shop where is a private apartment
Would that be ok for you
The price is a little bit high $460/hr
