They are just using the downstairs area of the building. Upstairs is still accomodation as far as I know.

I think this shop has always existed, not sure since when. Their advertisement on Locanto/ E&B says they are under new management. I am guessing someone new took over and running it now. It’s on the right hand side ground floor they are making use off for the massage shop..
