A couple of girls at Mirage now I believe used to work at this shop. One told me at previous shop (CBD) she had to work long shifts back to back, and had to deal with a lot of ‘rough’ customers. Took a toll mentally and physically. She didn’t go into detail, but didn’t seem like a good stuation.
How would you rate her? (Looks, service).
I think I saw her in reception at Mirage on Thursday or Friday, but she was in street clothes and I didn’t get a close look at her. Quick impression was she looked fairly good.

I've also heard similar things from other girls, that management is no help when dealing with unpleasant customers.
Compared to other shops I feel like you're much more likely to find a subdued and unenthusiastic girl here in the past year or so, which really doesn't justify the premium price.
I think the purchase of 80 was driven by problems with council inspector sniffing up the 360 backside. One of the things that made it all fall apart was not knowing how to manage the 2 shops and losing regulars by switching the girls around. Also, once the girls got the shits for various reasons they left and once a business went down new girls would arrive, not be busy and POQ somewhere else where they had more work.

Whether it's true or not, I've been hearing it's become difficult to recruit. Even so there are alleged poaching between shops now.
Yeah I've heard the same regrading recruitment - I also heard they've had a bad rep with other KR/JP Girls and basically have warned others from joining the shop mainly due to past experiences of not dealing with bad customers, making girls work when they are sick, fines for being late etc.
Poaching has definitely happened as a few girls from CBD are now at Mirage/N5m etc
