I highly doubt she will be back, highly doubt she will return to the industry. I use to see her outside the shop before no5 and ginza days. I was also seeing a girl from 57 at the same time. Both caught feelings so this did not end well especially when you are travelling around Japan with one of them. Anyway fast forward up until a few months ago they both bumped into each other at No5. There is a lot more to this story but I will end it there.
