I can't speak for Hermes but honestly I found her service now disappointing. When she was at SSDS/Luna and even more recently at 5star her service was on point- warm, attentive and professional.
But now? Just not the same spark.

Just goes through the motions to get the job done.

Maybe the pressure of running her own shop has left her jaded?
