Serena did not only miss out on my money today, but potentially on repeat bookings, too, if I had liked her and her service. I wonder what that does for the work climate in those shops...
But I think the main responsibility lies with management. How difficult can it be to establish a proper booking system, for example a proper spreadsheet with columns for the individual girls and say, 15 min time slots, either in paper form, or on a laptop or tablet.
Or, as already mentioned in another thread, there are AI solutions for that. Which would basically pay for themselves by reducing problems like double-bookings, unanswered booking enquiries etc.
But by the looks of it, most of these 'managers' and shop owners only care about collecting their money and otherwise don't give a shit about shop management.
