Whilst they hate punters including myself (done nothing wrong), they compromise with being nice and giving the punter a good time.

I like to think of it like a switch. I know full well they hate the job which can of course destroy a punt but I put that at the back of mind and don’t think about it during the punt. On the flip side, WL’s turn off their switch and give us punters what we want because we are paying.

Knowing what they really think just helps keep expectations in check. It's a straight-up transaction: pay, fuck, leave. No need to overthink it. As long as they're smiling and doing their part, who cares what they're thinking. If they stop smiling, there's always someone else next door.
